2. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate property information, respond promptly to genuine inquiries, and maintain professional conduct throughout all communications on the platform.
3. Limitation of Liability
Cleardeals shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers conducted through our platform.
