Refund Policy
Our fair and transparent refund process
At Cleardeals, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid services.
1. Free Services
Basic property listing, property search, and direct contact features are completely free. No payment is required for these services, and therefore no refund policy applies.
2. Premium Plans
For premium subscription plans, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used or if you are unsatisfied with the results.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Partially used plans may receive prorated refunds at our discretion
Important: No refunds are available after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of usage.
